Service Crew

Yum Connective is hiring Service Crew to join our growing restaurant brands, including Chuan Boy, Pizza Maru, and King Kong Skewer. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily restaurant operations, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Available work locations include MBK Center, Century Onnut, CentralWorld, White Cloud Ari, Siam Center, and The Mall Bangkapi. Candidates may be assigned to a suitable location based on business requirements and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process transactions when required.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Provide information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues appropriately.
• Support daily restaurant operations and work closely with kitchen and team members.
• Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly personality with a positive service mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
