HR Senior Officer
Yum Connective is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to support and enhance our human resources operations. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee administration, foreign worker documentation, payroll processing, and HR reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with managers across the organization to ensure efficient HR processes and support business growth through effective people management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable in Thai labor laws, payroll administration, and workforce management. Experience in recruitment and foreign employee documentation will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and handle foreign worker documentation, including Work Permits and Visas.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate submission of P.N.D.1 and Social Security contributions.
- Support compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare HR reports and workforce data.
- Manage HR-related communication channels and employer branding initiatives.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, foreign worker administration, and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, Social Security, and personal income tax regulations.
- Ability to manage Work Permit and Visa applications for foreign employees.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- English or Burmese language skills will be an advantage.
