Marketing Manager

Yum Connective is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and lead marketing initiatives across our business portfolio. This role is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business growth through both digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and results-oriented, with strong experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and consumer insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
