Restaurant Manager
Yum Connective is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive business performance across our restaurant brands. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing team performance, maintaining operational standards, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, people development, and operational excellence. You will work closely with restaurant teams to create exceptional dining experiences while supporting the continued growth of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and develop restaurant team members to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control processes.
- Coordinate with support teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, food service, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in multi-brand or chain restaurant operations is an advantage.
