Operation Manager

Yum Connective is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operation Manager to oversee and optimize operations across our restaurant brands, including Chuan Boy, Pizza Maru, and King Kong Skewer. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving business performance, ensuring service quality, and supporting sustainable growth across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs, sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and support Restaurant Managers and store leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operating standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze business performance and prepare operational reports for management.
• Support new store openings, operational projects, and business expansion plans.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuously improve the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Operations Management, Restaurant Management, Retail, or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing multiple branches or business units is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of operational KPIs, cost control, and business performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
